4. We use the web analysis service 'Google Analytics' of Google Inc. for the offerings in our Online Shop at www.iVIATOR-sunglasses.com

With regard to the Online Shop offerings under the URL http//www.iVIATOR-sunglasses.com, analysis of the use of the offerings is provided by the product 'Google Analytics'. Google Analytics is a web analysis service of Google Inc. ('Google'), which sets cookies. Information generated by the cookie on your use of the online service (including your IP address) will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to analyse your use of the online service, to compile reports on website uses and to provide further services associated with use of the website and Internet use. Google will also pass this information on to third parties where applicable, insofar as this is required by law or insofar as a third party processes these data on behalf of Google. Google will not link your IP address to other data in any circumstances. You can prevent the installation of the cookies with the help of a simple procedure in your browser (read more about this in the help feature of your browser). By using the online service, you declare your agreement to processing of the data on you captured by Google in the manner described above and for the purpose named above.

5. Use of social plugins (Facebook, Google+, Twitter)

a) Our website uses the 'like' button of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, ('Facebook') as a social plugin ('plugin'). The plugins are identified by a Facebook logo. If you go to a page on our website that includes such a plugin, your browser will establish a direct link with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin will be transmitted to your browser directly by Facebook and added to the web page accessed by you by your browser. By incorporating the plugin, Facebook will receive the information that your browser has accessed the page of our website in question, also if you do not have a Facebook account and are not logged into Facebook at the time. This information (including your IP address) will be transmitted to a Facebook server in the USA by your browser and stored on the server. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can match your visit to our web page to your Facebook account directly. If you interact with the plugins, e.g. use the 'like' button or post a comment, the information in question will also be transmitted to a Facebook server directly and stored there. In addition, the information will be posted on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends. Facebook can use this information for purposes of advertising, market research and a needs-based layout of the Facebook pages. For this, use, interests and relationship profiles are created by Facebook, e.g. in order to analyse your use of our web page with reference to the advertising shown to you via Facebook, to inform other Facebook users of your activities on our web page and to provide further services connected with the use of Facebook. If you do not want Facebook to match the data captured via our website to your Facebook account, you have to log out of Facebook before you visit our web page. We do not have any influence on the volume of data that Facebook captures, processes and uses or what Facebook does with your data. For information on the purpose and extent of data captured and the further processing and use of data by Facebook as well as on your rights and setting options to protect your privacy please consult the data privacy information of Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

b) Communication tools of the Facebook social network may also be used on this website in certain circumstances, in particular the product 'Website Custom Audiences'. This product generates a non-reversible, non-person related hash value from your use data and can be transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. For further information on the purpose and extent of the data captured and the further processing and use of data by Facebook as well as your setting options to protect your privacy please consult the Facebook data privacy policy, which for example can be viewed at https://www.facebook.com/ads/website_custom_audiences/ and https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation. If you want to oppose the use of Facebook Website Custom Audiences, you can do so under https://www.facebook.com/ads/website_custom_audiences/.

c) We use the '+1' button of the Google+ social network of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountainview, California, 94043 USA (in the following: Google) on our web pages. The button is recognisable by the sign '+1' on a coloured or white background. Anytime a web page which has a '+1' button is visited, the button ensures that the browser used by you loads and displays the optical display of the '+1' button. A direct link to the Google servers takes place, the Google servers are told what specific page of our website you are currently visiting and what content you recommended with '+1'. If you are logged into our web pages as a registered user of Google+, Google can match your visit to your Google profile. According to Google, all that is needed is the mere fact of visiting our web pages. If you press the '+1' button as a registered user, Google will, for example, capture other information on the URL recommended by you via your Google profile, your IP address and other browser related information so that the '+1' recommended by you can be stored and made publicly accessible. Your '+1' recommendations can be shown together with your profile name and your photo in Google services, such as search results, in your Google profile or at other places on web pages and advertisements on the Internet. Moreover Google reserves the right to pass on summarised statistics on the '+1' activities of users to third parties, i.e. other users and partners, advertisers and linked web pages. We do not have any influence whatsoever on the volume of the data that Google captures with the '+1' button and then processes and uses or what Google does with your data. Therefore we ask you to consult the Google data privacy information for information on capturing, passing on and using your data by Google with reference to your rights there and your profile setting options to protect your privacy. The Google data privacy information can be downloaded using the following link: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/. If you do not want Google to store your data to the extent described above, you are advised to log out of Google+ before you visit our web pages.

d) We use the functions of the 'Twitter' service. These are offered by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. By using Twitter and the 're-tweet' feature, the web pages visited by you will be linked to your Twitter account and communicated to other users. At the same time data will also be transmitted to Twitter. We draw attention to the fact that as the provider of the pages we do not obtain any knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or their use by Twitter. The data privacy declaration of Twitter contains further information on this matter. You can change your data privacy settings on Twitter by changing your account settings.
